Moderation Management is a national self-help network for people who have made the healthy decision to address a drinking problem.
Moderation Management encourages people to seek help early, and to cut back or quit drinking before they experience serious health or personal problems.
MM empowers individuals to accept personal responsibility for choosing and maintaining their own recovery path, whether moderation or abstinence.
Every Wednesday, 5:00-6:00pm. Let Donna know if you want to be added to the "BCC" (blind carbon copy) list on the reminder message, which typically is emailed every Tuesday.
The Ethical Society of St. Louis
Hanke Room
9001 Clayton Road
St. Louis, MO 63117-1003
This map shows how to get to the Ethical Society from the Metrolink - Richmond Heights stop:
By car, from I-64 (aka highway 40) and McKnight (first exit west of I-170):
Special thanks to Kate Lovelady, Randal Blain, Kathy Kammien, and Kathleen Kennedy (all from the Ethical Society) for their wonderful support.
In addition to the weekly Wednesday 5-6pm meeting at the Ethical Society, meetings on demand are available in the CWE on Tuesdays and Fridays around lunch time. "On demand" means I'm not going to show up unless I know someone else will be there. The default location is the St. Louis Bread Company at Forest Park Parkway and Euclid, but alternate locations within a ten minute walk of that location may work better. Email Donna to arrange a time and place.
